The festival certainly outdid itself this year. We had perfect weather, fantastic tellers, great musicians, and involved, fun crowds. Our featured tellers, Kevin Kling, Stuart Stotts, and Beth Horner told fun, funny, and moving stories that entertained all ages. Our emcees Diane Breeser, Kay Weeden, Ryan Solburg, and Michael Scott kept things popping. Regional tellers August Ruprecht, Ward Ruprecht, Kay Weeden, Teri Wachuta, and the Friday Night ghost story tellers shared wonderful stories also. Tommy Orrico put together a great group of musicians. And the Luna Story Slam featured six tellers with six well told stories. Of course the food, including our famous roasted pig, was fantastic. FUN, FUN, FUN! A big thank you to all these talented people and to the people who attended. Be sure to put the fest on your 2018 calendar.
