The Bluff Country Tale Spinners will be sharing children’s stories at Riverside Park on June 4 for preschoolers. Contact Mary at marycepek@acegroup.cc to reserve a spot. Sara Slayton and Terry Visger will be conducting a workshop on June 4 on telling family stories at the South Side Senior Center. Contact the La Crosse Park District for information.

The Bluff Country Tale Spinners will be telling stories for children at Artspire on June 8 on the main stage near the Pump House. Later in the day they will share Norwegian stories in the Weber Center. All events at Artspire are free. http://www.thepumphouse.org

On June 10 Sara and Terry will be joined by Pam Thiel and Allyson Fergot at the League of Women Voters centennial event celebrating the 19 amendment and the formation of the League. Sara will portray Carroll Gundersen, Pam is portraying Carrie Chapman Catt, and Terry will represent Alice Green Hixon. This event is by invitation only.
